“Exceptional”
LikedThe service was perfection. The coordination between members of staff was at a level I have not seen in any hotel/resort before. You can ask something from a random staff member and by the time you get on the buggy and reach your destination another staff member would already know about the request and is ready with an update. The overall service was outstanding, everyone was highly respectful and gracious and attentive to your needs. The restaurants, although few in number, were very high quality and offered delicious food. The location was beautiful with amazing views and the amenities were all beautifully maintained.
DislikedEven though this is a minor thing and didn’t really impact our overall stay, the room was starting to show its age in a few places. These were things like slightly stained curtains and lamp shades, few chipped off pieces of wood and marble in and out of the villa. However again this is us being nit picky and it did not detract from our stay at all, just a possible area of improvement.
