LikedIt was a wonderful resort with clean and well-maintained rooms. The location was stunning, set in a private bay with its own beach, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still providing plenty of activities to enjoy. What truly made the experience special, however, was the staff. They greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home throughout our stay.

LikedThe room was clean comfortable and well equipped Big balcony with bed and table & chairs. Location on the beach was wonderful. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Cocktails and wines good selection. Spa also very nice special dining events every night. Some live music. Fire show was fun
DislikedThe door from bedroom to bathroom was a large pivoting door that was somewhat annoying.
LikedThe staff were extremely welcoming and were kind enough to upgrade our room! I eat gluten free and the kitchen staff were very accommodating and there were a lot of options for me. The room, pool and beach area were all fantastic Would highly recommend Definitely will be back next time in Koh samui

DislikedJust small things like the room design (huge glass door to enter the bathroom) or that the adults only pool could have some options (in the water) for relaxation.
LikedWhat makes a hotel a 5 star, in my opinion is mostly level of service, and the service was amazing. I felt like they genuinely cared to make my stay the best possible. My room was great, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. I hardly went out of my room it had everything I wanted. Lived the outdoor shower. I also highly recommend the hotel's spa.
