LikedBeautiful properly, very high finishings, probably one of the best hotel experiences I have ever experienced. I loved how quiet the beach front was especially for the sunrise. The breakfast, staff, swimming pool were all terrific.
DislikedThis is not a complaint, it is just a comment as I was skeptical when first reading the reviews. Yes, there are many families so if your plan is to stay at the property swimming pool the entire day, yes there are kids.
LikedOverall, we loved everything at Kitalay. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the children’s facilities were complete, there were many beach activities, the beach was clean and private, and the staff were very kind and responsive.

DislikedThe gym was decent, though there is some room for improvement there.
LikedBeautiful spacious stylish villa with big private pool in beautiful hotel at a beautiful beach location. Staff were wonderful, especially my concierge Moss - so friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. This included arranging restaurant bookings, providing relevant information, and anything else I needed, including even rescuing my iPad from the bar where I forgot it upon departure, and arranging for it to be carefully packed and couriered to my hotel in Bangkok so it reached me the next day before my return to Australia.

DislikedAttention should be paid to the layout of the rooms assigned and the distance between families, with small children and adults. When you are on vacation, we don't expect to wake up so early!
LikedOne of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We came to celebrate our honeymoon and from the beginning it felt amazing. Welcome drink and detailed tour around the hotel gave us the perfect experience. We will be back for sure!
