“very good overall but need some of the plumbing renewed.”

LikedThe facilities were excellent and the food from all the restaurants was great.

DislikedThe toilet doesn’t flush very well and keeps the smell a little in the villa. Some staff members were a bit rude at the front desk; like when I was checking out and asking about the deposit plus the room charge that I paid upon checking in. I was trying to clear up my understanding of the remaining amount but the lady at the front desk was quite impatient with me and not very helpful. I had to google some stuff after leaving just to make sure I was not charged twice. All other staff members were great.

“Great hotel”

LikedGreat hotel! Staff very efficient and nice. Great pool for adults

DislikedYou have to use a buggy everywhere and it slows you down. The hotel is expensive and it’s not really worth it.

DislikedHaving to order a golf cart to get around the property

“Excellent high end luxury resort with impeccable service, dining options in house and excellent rooms”

LikedMassive, incredibly well maintained property with staff that are always looking to improve your experience. The restaurants and food are fantastic, the room was large and very well appointed with a fantastic view and balcony.

DislikedNone really. Not a real drawback per se,but the size of the property means you’re somewhat reliant on the buggies to get around which can occasionally take a bit. But didn’t really hamper us in any way during our stay and the staff were truly trying their best. Secondly, as a suggestion, the number of menu items from the restaurants on the properly in room dining menu could be increased.

LikedOutstanding, as all Ritz Carlton properties we’ve stayed at, perhaps the best resort I’ve stayed at. 10/10.

DislikedThere is not a single thing I would’ve changed.

“Five star treatment all the way!”

LikedEverything, the hotel is impeccable and staff is trained to literally be perfect and thoughtful all the time. The rooms have an amazing disposition on my view with q small living room, an extremely comfy bed and an incredible bathroom with tub and double sink. A 5-star experience and treatment all the way. There are 4 restaurantes inside and shows (fire shows, dancing etc). One thing we absolutely loved about it was the happy hour everyday with open drinks (for free) for 1h from 5.30-6.30pm (I don’t know if this is a permanent thing but we loved it).

DislikedThe spa treatments (like massages) were a bit too pricey in my view, the same price it would be in Europe for instance. I believe although it’s a 5-star place, it would benefit from better/cheaper prices on spa treatments as more people would buy them (or buy more of them). Anyway this is incredibly small of a problem and would 100% stay here again.
