LikedEverything was beautiful! Stuff very professional and answered all questions about activities around city. Made Elif did a great job cleaning the room, restaurant is beautiful and has great food and stuff! Harkan served our table and it was very professional!!!! Love this place!

LikedThis was the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. What made my stay truly unforgettable, beyond the story behind the building, was the amazing staff. It all started with Yunis, whose surprises and charming way of explaining the hotel's details stood out. Natali who made a lasting impression with her unforgettable personal souvenir gift and her way of sharing historical facts. Lastly, there was another lady (unfortunately, I forgot her name) who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always offered to assist.

LikedSuch a unique and charming hotel- beautiful interior courtyard for drinks and breakfast. Special rooms some with large terraces and direct views of the tower. Very friendly staff including at front desk and at breakfast. Great location- lively but not oppressive, easy to walk to shopping and walk/tram to Sultanhamet
DislikedI wish they wouldn’t allow smoking in the interior courtyard as it’s not a huge space and sitting next to a smoker is unpleasant.

LikedIstanbul is a beautiful city but this stay made it exceptional; the attention to detail, the warm welcome and kind hosts and staff made it even more special. The location is historical and thoughtfully crafted. Everything was superb. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed breakfast once (late nights) and Hakan, our server, was thorough and very professional. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely. Would absolutely return.
