“Wonderful place to stay & have easy access to the sights.”
LikedThe property is a wonderful old bank converted to a hotel. The building is filled with classical charm. The roof top bar has wonderful views of the city & is a relaxing place to gather. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable of local things to do.

LikedWe had a great stay at the bank hotel. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location to visit all tourist and non tourist sites. The rooms and decor were amazing.

LikedThe room was beautifully designed and detailed with high ceilings and a great shower room. The hotel is very well located for ease of access to the principal attractions of Istanbul such as the Bosphorus ferries, old town and Karaköy. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of foods. The rooftop bar was also a great facility with beautiful views.
DislikedIt was difficult to find and work the controls for the privacy instructions.

DislikedEverything was nice. Except for the spa the lady who did my reflexology massage wasn’t that good and finished a few minutes earlier!!

LikedAmazing location! Walkable to restaurants if you ever leave, or the restaurant there is fantastic! Breakfast was distinct and on entirely other level!

LikedThe staff were attentive, the rooftop bar had an amazing view of the Bosphorus, the restaurant was excellent, turn down service was unexpected.
DislikedWe didn't include breakfast in our reservation, and the breakfast bar was average and very expensive to pay individually. We're not big breakfast eaters, but paying 20£ for coffee and oatmeal was way over-priced. There was no option for a la carte breakfast.
