DislikedAll good
LikedWe had an exceptional stay at AJWA Sultanahmet. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and perfectly located for exploring Istanbul. A special thank you to the Guest Relations Captain and the Bell Team for their outstanding service. They were professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and every detail reflected the hotel's commitment to providing a luxury experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend AJWA Sultanahmet to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!
LikedExceptional service and attention to detail. Breakfast was also exceptional Hotel location was excellent...close to most everything I wanted to see & do. Bell captain was especially appreciative of everything and made us feel welcome
DislikedBed was too hard for me. I normally need something that is similar to the Heavenly Bed at Westin. Not enough pillows & towels either
LikedExcellent service throughout - bell boys, reception, F&B, concierge. Really nice and friendly, great location, amazing rooms.
DislikedOnly issue, although clearly stated from the beginning, is that couples cannot use the pool at the same time (gents in the morning, ladies in the afternoon) and there is no alcohol served due to halal tradition. All these though are very small compromises for staying at a really good and welcoming property.
LikedIt was immaculate and beautiful. Location was amazing!
DislikedN/A everything was amazing!
LikedOutstanding location, accommodations, and staff. Everyone was more than friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed.
