LikedI had a wonderful stay at Conrad Abu dhabi, and the entire experience truly reflected the high standards of hospitality and professionalism I would expect from a luxury hotel. From the moment of check-in until check-out, the team was welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. What impressed me most was the level of management and the genuine attention to guest satisfaction. After check-out, there was a delay in receiving my car. Although I personally was not upset about it, Ana Abramovic, Assistant Guest Relations Manager, personally contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience. She followed up professionally, showed genuine concern, and even offered compensation for my next stay. This level of personal follow-up is a clear example of professional management and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

LikedThe staff is really amazing Elizabeth check in, Abdulrahman concierge team, the staff at sole restaurant made my birthday special. Housekeeping team/inroom dining tream delivered a cake to my room, they also checked in with me to see if my stay was great. The pool bar team and rays bar team too were perfect GR supervisor Dana was nice too , check in was smooth Really enjoyed my stay, will definitely be coming back
