LikedEmirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is simply the best hotel. This is hotel is a master piece. The architecture is simply stunning and magical. This hotel is huge and there is so much privacy and security. It has its own private beach and the property is well taken cared of. This hotel is a national treasure.

LikedI really liked the general location of the hotel and its territory. It is very convenient to reach the restaurants and the lobby both outside and inside the palace. very polite and friendly staff, they wished us a happy birthday, it was very nice, and it will be especially remembered. very nice staff in the hotel lobby who helped with the luggage. the room was very nice, clean, spacious, and had a very well-designed balcony with a glass railing, so you could see everything and it wasn't dark. we enjoyed swimming in the sea and the lazy river. the staff was always there to refill the water and bring us towels. and I also really liked the camel house, where you can pet them and ride them, the owners of the camels are very polite and willing to drink tea. well, you can especially emphasize the kitchen staff and the staff of the restaurant where breakfast is held. The food is exceptionally delicious and fresh.

DislikedTo be honest the toiletries amenities, we were expecting more of it. But thats a very small detail.

LikedThe hotel was spectacular, especially the beautifully maintained grounds, which created a real sense of calm and space from the moment we arrived. The room was wonderful—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, with everything thoughtfully designed to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The facilities were also excellent, offering a wide range of high-quality amenities that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the experience fully. Everything felt premium and well cared for, from the service to the smallest details.
DislikedThe service around the pool area felt noticeably slower and less consistent, and did not quite align with the higher standard experienced in other parts of the hotel. There also appeared to be some inconsistency in the upkeep of the grounds in the morning, with visible litter in places that suggested the area had not yet been fully tidied from the previous day. On arrival, there was also a small difference in the welcome experience, as other guests appeared to receive a welcome water or similar gesture, which we did not. While this is not a major issue, it was another small example of inconsistent attention to detail. That said, these points aside, everything else was wonderful, and the overall experience remained very enjoyable and of a high standard.
