LikedWe had an outstanding stay at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed in a spacious One-Bedroom Suite with a beautiful sea view that was impeccably clean, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable. Every member of the team, from reception and concierge to housekeeping and the restaurant staff, delivered genuine five-star hospitality. Everyone was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. The restaurants were excellent, especially Mare Mare and the Pool Bar, where both the food and service were fantastic. The beach is one of the most beautiful we’ve visited in the UAE, with crystal-clear water and pristine white sand, while the chilled pools were perfect for escaping the summer heat. It was a truly relaxing and luxurious weekend from start to finish.

DislikedHonestly, we couldn’t find anything that detracted from our experience. Every aspect of the stay, from the service and cleanliness to the dining and facilities, was delivered to an exceptionally high standard.

LikedThe hotel is brand new: fresh rooms, everything feels clean and modern. There’s something really nice about staying somewhere newly opened. Breakfast at Jumeirah deserves a special comment. Honestly the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had, and we mean that including top hotels worldwide. Service is excellent, top level. The beach is stunning: white sand and clear water, just like the Maldives. We genuinely think Jumeirah Hotel Group has become much much better than the big global brands like Marriott, InterContinental and Hyatt. We’ll always pick Jumeirah over any of them.

DislikedWould be great to have more greenery around the property like they have at Jumeirah hotels in Dubai and Muscat.
