LikedI had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the service was outstanding, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and quick to assist. A special thank you to Alfam, Mark, Paolo, and Bouchra for their exceptional hospitality and for making my stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank every member of the team for their excellent service and warm welcome.

LikedEverything!! The room was huge, and had a perfect view of the canals and mosque, had a huge bath, double vanities, and even had real glass bottles for water! The pool area was spacious, beautiful - with an adult pool bar tucked away, where we made many new friends. There was a huge hot Jacuzzi that was also very relaxing. The staff were amazing, at the bar, restaurants and room service. The public bathrooms were clean, huge, great showers and amenities with a lovely sauna. All the restaurants had good food, we especially loved the Lebanese and Sushi. There was a lovely sports bar downstairs with 70-90’s music, Great vibe and awesome place to watch soccer. Location awesome. 1.5 km walk to Souk Qaryat Al Beri, and to Al Qana - 4km round route walks on canal with shops, coffee shops, restaurants, cinema huge aquarium, butterfly park, go carting and gaming studio’s. An absolute perfect stay on ALL levels!! Thankyou so very much!

LikedAmazing experience at Fairmont. From the second we walked in, Hagar at reception made us feel so welcome. She was honestly the sweetest, warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely to deal with. The place itself is beautiful. Everything is spotless, the pool is gorgeous, and the beach is stunning. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail. The whole stay has been a great experience and Hagar set the tone for it. Thank you Hagar.
