LikedFantastic Location, Close to the Airport, Good Wifi, Extra large room big windows floor to ceiling, Work Desk station and sep comfortable seating, Bathroom area is very spacious with closet, cosmetic station, large vanity with walk in shower and sep WC. Hotel is extremely well catered to your every need with Friendly attentive staff and very helpful with any assistance you need. Exceptional High Tea in the afternoon and Drinks at Sundowners over looking the exceptional outlook over the pool on the Dubai Creek. Fantastic Breakfast big shout out to Zen & Gerard and the Omlet Chefs. - Amelia and the team on front reception goes above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I will definately be back soon. DislikedTV and channels need upgrade

LikedI was there in August, so I didn't try swimming in the hotel pools. The hotel itself is luxurious, clean, and the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious. In short, it's superb.

LikedThe room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable—it honestly felt like sleeping on a cloud. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was luxurious, relaxing, and very enjoyable.

DislikedMy only concern was the valet service. When I arrived for check-in, there was no one available to receive my car. There were two valet staff members, but both were busy assisting the same guest with one vehicle and loading luggage, so I had to wait with my car and eventually park it myself. Because of the confusion, I was given two valet tickets for the same car. Later that evening, when I wanted to collect my car to go out for dinner, there was again no valet staff at the entrance. I had to walk outside in the heat and humidity looking for someone to hand over my ticket, and it took around 7 minutes before I found a staff member. This was the only issue I experienced during my stay. Everything else was excellent.
