LikedBedroom is more specious than it looks on the pictures. Great view of Burj from the balcony. Super quiet for good night sleep.

LikedWe always like to come back to WA, but this time, on such an special occasion, it was exceptional.

DislikedThe baby’s pool doesn’t have enough shadow which is essential for small babies. I’d change how the cove is placed so at least there was shadow on half the pool until peak sun time.

LikedA huge thank you to Somnia, Mostafa and Ritah at the front desk, you went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the service was exceptional. To the bell staff Nadeem and Deepak thank you for the great service. Nadeem your kindness didn’t go unnoticed. You all made our anniversary trip truly special.

LikedThe food was amazing and clean, and the staff were so helpful and giving amazing positive and good energy by their smiles ( especially those team members: Shoaib, Gayan, kathe, Malvin, sweta, Farwij)

LikedStaff are so friendly . At the reception I was met with a warm welcome from Elenur . Very pleasant and professional. Mezzerie Restaurant staffs were so friendly and welcoming.

DislikedI think everything is great , just a minor comment on the pool , I suggest to the admin to plan for an upgrade the pools. Some sofas in the reception area might need to be replaced.

LikedThe property itself, the facilities and location is perfect. They have huge room with a very great view. I like the beach front the most, though we didn’t enjoyed the outdoor that much because it was too humid that day so I wish we experience it on another season not during summer. Our stay was literally just a staycation. But the property is really nice. Appreciate also the gesture they did to celebrate our birthday (my friend’s and mine).

DislikedThe paid drinks during the buffet dinner. At least there should be free service water, the rest are understandably an additional fee. Hopefully they can add more main options both dinner and breakfast. But it was still good.
