Raffles The Palm Dubai reviews
“A slice and f fantastical haven”
LikedFor me it feels like a break from reality, I love it here
“My fav place”
LikedEverything is great and the receptionist was so kind and welcoming .. I appreciate her compassion.
DislikedThe don't disturb sign was not working. Its broken.
“Luxury at the best price”
LikedThe staff were really friendly. Starting from the reception where they upgraded the room because it was my birthday. Then the team visited our room Checking if we need anything
DislikedThe buffet dinner quality was not that great. There is a variety of food and cuisines but the quality was off. But the breakfast at the same jardin restaurant was great
LikedService was impeccable! Especially from Corinna at the reception, she helped us a lot throughout our stay!
“A memorable family stay with friends, made even better by the excellent kids’ club, which was perfect for our two…”
LikedOne of the finest properties I have stayed at. It beautifully captures the subtle elegance of royalty. The ambience, food, courteous staff, value for money, kids’ club and private movie theatre were all exceptional.
DislikedNothing significant. During our previous stay, we received complimentary chocolate boxes, which were a lovely touch but were not provided this time. However, this did not take anything away from the fabulous experience.
“Our stay was fantastic and the room was comfortable.”
LikedThe breakfast was good just wish more Asian food but it was great.
DislikedNothing just a comment the f&b prices (drinks) were pricey.
“Highly recommended”
LikedBreakfast & Dinner buffet was excellent with variety options Very nice hotel garden
Dislikednothing to mention, but will appreciate if there is more activities for kids on the kids club and there is limited movies on the hotel’s cinema
