LikedA Lovely hotel in a wonderfully central city location. A great spa.
DislikedSome of the gym equipment was a little dated and sadly we left with a slightly bitter taste, after being asked if we wanted to pay another approx £50 for a discretionary service charge - just on the cost of the room (having paid around £900 for 2 nights stay, with no food) This is very American and very un-British. They should pay their staff a decent salary and not ask visitors to top it up.
