LikedBeautiful historic building, with fantastic rooms (252). Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only ate light bites from the bar menu, so can’t speak for restaurant, but these were great. Free on site parking in the heart of Ludlow, which itself is a beautiful historic town

LikedThe room was very nice with the nicest bathroom of the trip so far. The room was a bit small but also nice.
DislikedBreakfast was an extra charge and seemed a bit costly so we skipped it. Found plenty of alternatives nearby, although they didn't open until 9 am.

DislikedOnly complaint - welcome email said there was a car park, but didn't say how to get into it. This was difficult to spot from the street while driving in an unfamiliar town.

LikedN/A Didn't have breakfast. My gripe was not having air con in the bedroom after the advert stated the hotel had it. I booked this hotel specifically for the air conditioning because i can't sleep in a hot room. The price of the room had gone up and so i feel i paid too much when i could have had a cheaper hotel with air con
DislikedIn the advert it stated that there was air conditioning. This was true within the ground floor but the bedrooms did not have air conditioning. They should have made this known within there literature. There was a fan in the room but would have been better with air conditioning
LikedGreat old hotel in centre. Easy to walk to restaurants. Nice atmosphere overall. Nice staff.
DislikedDidn't care for the breakfast so much. A bit simple and stuffy atmosphere for us. Better to get it somewhere else. Parking lot is usually very crowded and hard to maneuver.
