LikedI spent a very cozy and comfortable week here. Though a little dated, the room was spacious, the bed so comfortable, the receptionist so friendly and helpful, and I had the most stunning views from the windows overlooking Dean Village. The location was perfect for walking to all the main touristic highlights of Edinburgh, but outside of the main streets of downtown to provide a quiet night's sleep. I would happily stay here again.

LikedWe had stayed before so knew we wanted to stay here again but longer as it is amazing. The rooms are so so spacious and the staff are so lovely. The location is great, right near Dean's Village and a comfortable walk to the castle and Old Town. We loved the bakery order (they even had a GF option) and the little shop We highly recommend staying her if you are visiting Edinburgh

LikedQuiet neighborhood. Close to where you’re going to want to be. Large comfortable rooms, you’ll see why the call them apartments, lovely.

LikedThe location was perfect. A short 10 to 15 minute walk to all the tourist sites. The rooms are fantastic, huge ceilings, large beds, nice sitting area, great bathrooms. The staff downstairs was very helpful with suggestions for food, tour attractions and non touristy points of interest. The hotel is located on a quiet, safe ,beautiful street. The views from the room were incredible.

DislikedEven though they only charged 52 pence for a nespresso coffee pod it would have been nice to have them in the room for early morning coffee.

LikedLocation was great, just a short walk to the city centre but in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful views from the suite. Suite well equipped with microwave, fridge and cutlery and crockery. As we arrived after 8pm the access instructions were provided which were easy to follow. Staff friendly and helpful.

LikedFantastic hotel and fantastic staff! I booked the Hapimag as part of my partner's birthday night in Edinburgh. I asked the staff if they could kindly leave some flowers and chocolates in the room as a small surprise, and they went out their way to leave a lovely bunch of flowers, nice chocolates and a card. The suite was spotless and well worth the money. We also like the honesty box approach to drinks and snacks which we used later in the evening. We will definitely book here again!

LikedExcellent large clean and very comfortable rooms in a great quiet location and easy parking. Will be my go to hotel in Edinburgh from now on.
