LikedLovely hotel. Perfect position on Park Lane. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great care taken to welcome our grandchildren. Rooms were roomy and very comfortable.

LikedThe staff especially Nikoleta , Lisa and Priscilla they were great . They did everything to make us comfortable and happy. The hotel chefs also were kind and generous and made lovely pastries . We loved our stay so much that we would give it a 7 stars.

LikedTwo sunny nights at 45 Park Lane and I've been ruined for normal hotels. Unbeatable Mayfair location, spotless everywhere, a spa and pool worth staying in for, and staff who somehow anticipate what you want before you do. The room was a touch shy of perfect , but only because everything else set the bar in the clouds. Superb value for this league. I'll be back before I've unpacked.
