DislikedQuite difficult to find the swimming pool. Because it is located in the basement which needs a different Lift. I had to walk past through the spa. The corridor was also quite dimly lit. But the swimming pool and the gym are top notch.

LikedPros: Excellent location in the SE corner of Hyde Park and walking distance to Harrod's. Quiet albeit modern luxury and well-manicured style. Great dining choices (we had a particularly superb lunch at Dinner by HB). The room was spacious and very comfortable. The room temperature was easily adjustable. The heated toilet seat was a plus given the chilly weather. The smell of the hallways and the room is distinct and very pleasant. The crown jewel: the incredible service by the doormen, front desk, concierge, and restaurant staff. This was our first stay in a Mandarin Oriental hotel and it was definitely memorable.
DislikedCons: The water pressure in the shower could be improved.

DislikedAt the beginning, I had a room which has a view into the “inner garden” I suppose, not the best view to be honest, but luckily my room was changed, and I had the best view to Harvey Nicols , next time definitely will choose the room with a Hyde Park view
“Perfect Luxury Stay in the City”
LikedOur room was stunning, I loved that there was a GHD and steamer there. The staff were lovely. Perfect stay. Also the food, drinks and service at dinner were amazing.
