The Lanesborough reviews
“Perfect”
LikedService was impeccable from start to finish. Room was stunning
LikedRoom rather small, breakfast outstanding, employees very friendly and helpful
“Unparalleled service and luxury in a beautiful location.”
LikedThis was overall the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I cannot overstate how incredible their service is. The location is perfect, the staff are incredible, the food and drinks are excellent. The bar, restaurant and spa/ fitness facilities are perfect. The photos show that the decor is old fashioned but yet they are also modern with I pads to operate everything in the room such as lighting and temperature and to order room service or butler. Of course the room has beautiful linens and very comfortable beds. We were extra pleased to be given a room with a bath tub/ larger bathroom as another in our group had a standard bathroom and it is on the smaller side.
DislikedNothing, this property is amazing.
