“A Gem of a Hotel - Would Recommend & Retun!”

LikedMy stay at Add Sloan truly felt like coming home. The service is exceptional — I can even place my room service order before checking in, and after a long flight, having my food ready in the room means everything. The doormen are outstanding: warm, funny, always smiling, and full of character. The front desk team is superb as well, consistently helpful and efficient with anything I need. The bar is spectacular, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and comfortable.

LikedAbsolutely everything. The front desk team is incredible, as is the team in the bar and restaurant. We can’t say enough about the service from Marta, Vanessa, Sarah, Rayann, Maria, Ava and the rest of the team. Everyone is so memorable and personable, and absolutely cater the experience to you!

LikedThe room and all of the details were beautiful. The service was an 11/10- beyond our expectations. We called down for a steamer and a bucket of ice and they responded within minutes. The little extra snacks and coffee and tea was a bonus. A wonderful boutique hotel in Chelsea. Highly recommend!
DislikedNot really a negative- but the room felt small with our suitcases out, but I knew this when I booked it.

Likedbeautiful hotel in perfect location. Im into design and picky about where I stay and it was jsut lovely. The stuff were also brilliant and took care of us with great care ...nothing snotty about them and I was worried because sometimes thats not the case : )

LikedThe location was incredibly convenient in central London. The hotel rooms were chic, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I really enjoyed the quality of the food at the restaurant when I dined there for dinner, not to mention the elegant decor. The lounge downstairs had a wonderful vibe and drinks as well. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help!
DislikedI liked everything but would have preferred some healthier options on the breakfast menu and among the minibar snacks.
