“I can’t think of staying at any other place when we are in London”
LikedIt really was a perfect place to enjoy a two nights stay in London. Close to the Buckingham Palace and key areas, but facing a not so busy street. The staff was truly amazing and we were very well taken care of, including’Mum who needs a wheelchair to get to one place to the next. Our special thanks is goes to Giui.

LikedThe hotel is central to all the main shops and is a beautiful, well maintained hotel. Everything you want in a five star hotel. This was a second visit for us but won’t be the last- we stayed for a family celebration and my husband had a marvellous 60th birthday! House keeping was exceptional and the attention to detail from all staff from the friendly, helpful doormen, main desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping show they take pride in the role they play at the hotel. This hotel is a wonderful traditional hotel and a must for visitors to London looking for cream teas, amazing food and a home from home.

LikedThe choice at breakfast was vey good and it was delicious. Service was very prompt and friendly.
DislikedCharlie's restaurant was being refurbished so was not available for breakfast or Sunday lunch which we had to cancel. Thatw as disappointing

LikedWe stayed at the hotel as a treat for a family birthday. The hotel was fantastic from pre arrival contact to checking out.Staff were attentive and the small cake in the room was a wonderful touch for my brother in law’s birthday..Housekeeping made sure our rooms were spotless with thoughtful finishing touches for comfort. The hotel was extremely busy as you would expect in the run up to Christmas but staff were professional, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. A wonderful stay celebrating a special occasion.The stunning Christmas decorations really put us in the Christmas mood. Lots of wonderful memories from the stay.
