LikedGreat location and professional staff. Room was beautiful and very quiet despite being on the Charlotte Street side. Nice to have a restaurant on the premises as well as a concierge.
DislikedWould have liked to have a better place to put on makeup. Lighting was rather dim.

DislikedVery disorganized breakfast service some days -a couple of times we didn’t get the food we ordered ; we didn’t like to have to pay extra 5 % service charge when we checked out - that should be included in the booking fee price instead of a bait and switch unexpected up charge at check out and even if they say ‘it is optional’ it didn’t feel,optional - I would like to know the whole charge up front in booking .com

Liked1) Staff, exceeded expectations. 2) Location, close to my office and lovely to walk around. 3) Oscars for morning meetings, everyone in town seems to know it. 4) Residents lounge for quiet meetings with tea.
DislikedI really liked everything but for the sale of filling out this question: the shower in our loft room was nice and powerful but really tiny.
LikedFor me the best hotel in London. Everything about it screams luxury. It feels like home with some extra benefits. No bling just charm and home comforts.
LikedThis is how you do a luxury hotel - every details has been thought of. Hotels have become boring destinations. The fun and luxury has been taken out of hotels since the pandemic. Not at the Charlotte Street Hotel! You feel luxury in a homely way, not a flashy way, from the moment you arrive. The staff, the room, the details. Everything has been thought through & works. Incredible. I will be back ....

LikedOur favourite London hotel . Wonderful location , brilliant staff and fantastic rooms . Huge thanks to the staff for our upgrade to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We felt so spoilt to be in our room .
