LikedI really liked that the hotel has a direct entrance on Regent Street, as well as a second, more private side entrance. The hotel offers a restaurants & a cafe, in addition to a first floor restaurant where breakfast is served à la carte. The service and staff were excellent, professional, and very attentive. Bed linen is changed daily, which reflects a high standard of care. The room cleanliness was outstanding throughout the stay. The suite was spacious, with beautiful, well maintained furniture. The bathroom was elegant, luxurious, and very well designed. The lobby is stunning and adds to the overall sense of luxury.

LikedRooms were exceptional. Beds were most comfortable beds in a hotel. Staff were very helpful. Hotel complimentary car service was very useful in getting us to a dinner reservation on time. Bar service was efficient and friendly. The care taken to help us celebrate my wife’s birthday was tremendous and much appreciated.

LikedStaff in everywhere is exceptional and the breakfast is really in good quality, service is gorgeous; overall management is great.

DislikedMain entrence to the hotel is too bad, from the tiny road perpendicular to the main street.. Room ( delux?) is ordinary beside lighting is awful; insufficient in the bathroom and also with the automatic curtain system, it is not efficient to fix the comfortable atmosphere. Decoration is like an ordinary city hotel.

LikedFrom the moment we entered the hotel we felt the generous hospitality all around us. Everyone was kind and forthcoming, especially in our case, Von from reception and Luca the concierge. The room was perfect! Amenities, wonderful bathtub and shower, comfortable bed with and good smell all around. The location, needless to say, was central, and right across from fine shopping, good restaurants and theatres. We shall certainly return to Cafe Royal! Thank you all for everything Shira & Libi

LikedOne of the best hotels I have stayed at so attentive to detail before I even arrive. They had emailed me several times to make sure that they covered everything. I needed prior to my arrival even though I was booking on a third-party site they were still very attentive to all of our needs.
