“Pan Pacific Has Set the Bar Too High”
LikedI had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific London. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What stood out most was how proactive and attentive the staff were.. they genuinely anticipate what guests need and are always ready to help. The service felt thoughtful and effortless throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

DislikedThe fact that I had to deposit £450 for my 4 days stay after paying fully for my room online. They said I would get my full refund back only when leaving. It’s money the hotel has to hold down, Incase of damages or I eat from the mini bar etc. But at the same time, I can easily pay for breakfast etc out of pocket? Didn’t like that fact that my money was being held down. What if I didn’t have £450 would I have been asked not to check in? They need to find a way around that…. Because I wasn’t comfortable with my money being held down.
“Beautiful modern hotel”
LikedSpacious and well-equipped rooms, very helpful staff. Liverpool Street Station is only a few steps away, which insures fast connection with the central part of London. My husband loved the shower space in the bathroom particularly. We hope to return again.
DislikedCheck in took a bit long, there were too many guests for the 2 employees. Valet parking for 1 day costed 85 pounds which felt like too much. The huge windows in the rooms and restaurant area should be cleaned more often.

LikedExceptional hotel ! Location very central, room was more than expected, with little details very important for confort, room resfreshed twice a day, everythink high-tech, reception an breakfast team very friendly. We enjoyed a lot our stay !

LikedGreat breakfast selection. Great location...walkable to nearby shopping and restaurants/food places. 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. Umbrellas provided was definitely a plus!
DislikedMy daughter (29 yrs old) went alone for breakfast and they didn't provide the same courtesy as they did with me. The staff should treat all guests equally.
