LikedExcellent menu for room service, the food was delicious as was the very generous and high quality breakfast buffet. The staff were amazing. I loved how they continually called me by my name, opened doors for me
DislikedA secure internet connection would have benefited me. I was unable to make some transactions, such as book a hire car from the hotel, as my bank did not allow transactions through an unsecure internet connection. I would have felt more secure from hackers etc while at the hotel, doing my banking online.

LikedWe were celebrating my 37 year old daughter's birthday. The Langham Hotel staff went out of their way to help celebrate this momentous event. They sent champagne, helium balloons, a fruit platter, a cake and a hand written card to my daughter's room.
