“Amazing stay over the Christmas holidays with a sunrise Lakefront view as requested.Staff so helpful”
LikedWonderful location within walking distance to Everything. Staff so accommodating and my room had the requested lakeview view with huge windows out to the sunrise and over the Watertower Christmas lights. So amazing. Will return again

“Splendid stay! As long as it’s like this, I’ll always stay at Park Hyatt.”
LikedThe staff, room service accommodations, cleanliness and overall stay provided a great “home away from home” feeling while traveling for work in a new city.
LikedTodo es excepcional, aunque tuvimos alguna pequeña incidencia con Recepcion, que después fue solucionada por una recepcionista llamada Connie, que nos trató muy bien en todo momento

“Beautiful Park Hyatt Hotel”
LikedOutstanding location off the Mag Mile in Chicago. Wonderful facilities and restaurants. NoMi Garden is an outdoor summer treat. Attentive hotel staff who cater to the needs of avid travelers.
“I felt well taken care of and enjoyed our stay.”
LikedWe enjoyed breakfast on floor seven. The service was excekllent. Loved the smoothie. Of course pricey but that is the deal. We had dinner one night. Good but not great. Concierge services were terrific. Room and service were excellent.
DislikedNot much. I could complain about lobby being too cold but who cares.
