LikedThe Peninsula is a true five-star hotel. The room comfort is excellent, with great attention to detail. The service staff is outstanding. Our suite was spacious and beautifully appointed. Breakfast and the restaurant’s location were both excellent. The pool on the 20th floor is large and offers a magnificent view of the city, with every possible comfort. Among the best five-star hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommended.
DislikedPerhaps it was due to a particularly busy period, but we were surprised to learn that it was necessary to make a reservation in order to have breakfast in the restaurant. It was the first time we experienced the need to reserve a spot for breakfast, despite being hotel guests.

LikedFood was excellent; room service exceptional; everyone was quick and courteous. The only issue was every morning and dinnertime there was a pervasive food smell in the room.
