DislikedThe only negative is the pillows & bed we’re awful made my back hurt the worst I’ve ever slept on. Just need to bring my own pillow on my next stay.
LikedThe staff were all friendly and very helpful. They made the stay feel special. I liked that you had options to enjoy food from restaurants, the tiki bar, and the over the counter café. The pool was so relaxing. Although we have the Texas heat I did enjoy the fire pits at night.

LikedI love how clean and kid friendly it is. The entire staff from walking by and being greeted, asked if we needed anything or simply wishing the birthday girl a happy birthday was amazing and always are!
DislikedI believe half of the elevators were down during this stay ( we’ve stayed before many time!). So the wait for an elevator being on the 24th floor was a real wait but we got to mingle with other guest while we all waited which was fun!

Likedthe room and bed was very comfortable. I loved the location and view as well as the accessibility to be able to go walk in the morning.
Dislikedservice. We had a server at the pool who seemed disoriented / overwhelmed. This is understandable but it made us feel anxious.

LikedNova checked me in and he was very friendly, offered things to do in town and kindly gave me a room with a view on request. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Stellar service. The text feature is great. Free drink voucher was a lovely add. Other staff on the grounds were generally friendly. A couple of icy interactions with two other members of reception on checkout day felt out of place for a resort like this but otherwise was a wonderful (albeit short) stay.
DislikedWould be a great value add to have a complimentary shuttle to destinations within a short radius of hotel.
