LikedLocation was extremely central and convenient for what we needed. Property is very attractive and not the typical, mundane sort of hotel. Fun lounge for a nightcap after we returned from dinner. Room was stylish and fun. Absolutely fantastic mattress and pillows!
DislikedThermostat functionality was annoying but HVAC worked very well once we figured it out.
LikedLove the location, I’ve stayed a few times and really enjoy the neighborhood. Amazing hotel with great decor and attention to detail.
DislikedOnly thing I’ll point out is try to avoid the rooms on the ground floor with exterior entrances. The weather proofing on the doors just isn’t up to par and could definitely use some work on that.
LikedDesign and decor, by far. Location too. Montrose needs good hotels. Landscaping is amazing.
DislikedOur room had only a small table and chair to sit on. No counter space in the main area and a small counter in the bathroom.

LikedRooms and commons areas were beautiful. Whole vibe was great. We were mostly there for the MFAH and Menil Collection so location was perfect.
