“Beautiful hotel and great accommodations!”
LikedI liked everything except I was not really impressed with the breakfast. The first day I ate the breakfast was not cooked properly. The English muffin was not toasted. The eggs were not free range. They were not flavorful and not very hot, the bacon was not warm. and then I had yogurt another day and it was that really sweet yogurt. The fruit was good, but the food was the only downside of my estimation. I did really appreciate the little snacks you had so I could go get a few little bites in between meals, that was a great little bonus. I wish I’d known about it. I just found it by accident.
DislikedSee above. Overall, though your location is fantastic your staff was very nice and friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. I also appreciate it that when I booked, the person I spoke to didn’t overestimate any type of view based on where you are in the area so I appreciated a candid response .
LikedWe had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jackson. The room was well decorated and spacious, service was excellent, great location in town, close to all restaurants and bars, would definitely stay there again. The shuttle to the ski resort and black tie concierge by the lifts were a great bonus!

LikedWe were celebrating two different special occasions (an Anniversary and a birthday) and the HJ staff manage to make both events feel extra special. It really is an incredibly hospitable staff that goes out of their way to make you feel cared for during your stay.
DislikedThere really was nothing that comes to mind - not even a developmental area for them. It was the perfect stay.
