“Weekend was a 10 out of 10!”
LikedProperty was very clean inside and out. The staff was friendly and professional. The food from the outside bar was excellent. We rented a cabana, it was nice and comfortable. The server that attended us while at the cabana was excellent, professional and very attentive.
DislikedThere was a lounge couch and chairs in front of the cabana, that also came with the cabana rental. The couch and pillows inside the cabana could have been cleaner, and a reserved sign should have been on the lounge chairs and couch outside the cabana so we wouldn't have to keep telling people they were reserved.

LikedThis hotel is really new! Everything clean and new! All rooms has great pool and palms view! Great bar at the pool with tasty food and cocktails! We had perfect room with large bed, clean and new bathroom and small kitchen with microwave and refrigerator! I had birthday and hotel representatives provide me complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate. Girl who work only couple days in front desk was very nice! Her name Kierra! She is great! Thanks !

LikedThe property was exceptionally clean. All day long the staff is hard at work, serving us, the guests in all capacities. Pool side staff is exceptional. The food is made fresh to order, and priced well. This is a luxury hotel that you most certainly want to take your family to. The staff is top-notch. The rooms are nicely appointed, well decorated, cleaned every day to your individual specifications, whether it just be towel, replenishment bed makeup or a full room turnover. Bathrooms are generously sized. At the beaches edge you will find mangrove trees, iguanas, and an array of unique birds. If you’d like to snorkel, bring your gear you can walk in from the resort beach front. We will absolutely stay here again.
DislikedThe only thing that comes to mind is possibly extending the pool, sidebar and grill hours to stay open later. Every other aspect of this resort is phenomenal.
