L'Ermitage Beverly Hills

LikedThe staff were super friendly and remembered my name as I came and went, they had everything I needed and the room was super fancy. The pillows were nice and I was able to adjust the temperature of the room. The soaps and shampoos were all nice and there was some fresh fruit in my room when I arrived. The walk to rodeo drive was pretty and reasonable, and I had a few meals at Erehwon. The rooftop bar was cute and good vibes with good food and drinks. (A bit on the expensive side though.)

DislikedThe shower leaked onto the floor a lot (very minor)

LikedFelt like being in a home away from home. Very spacious rooms, delicious food, excellent service. Friendly staff. Luxurious yet somehow also very cozy.

DislikedWish there were a few more shops closer to it. The shops aren’t too far but the walk to get to them is pretty dull.

LikedIt was perfect, we were one week and everything so good.

LikedL’ermitage BH is one of my all time, favorite hotels. It has consistently been fabulous in all aspects over the years.

LikedLuxury, quiet, excellent pro-active service, location.

LikedWe would return because of the location, customer service including excellent valet, and quite comfortable rooms.

LikedLoved the large & comfy suite! Chilled having cocktails in our seating area & enjoyed the king sized bed. Soaked in the deep bath for relaxation. Enjoyed the balcony for fresh air & sunshine. Appreciated restaurant recommendations & a ride in the courtesy car to dinner. Walked back in the cool evening.

DislikedPool had no vacant chaises for us. Hardly anyone was sitting on them. They were just used with dirty towels on them. We were placed on a waiting list but left since there was no where to sit comfortably. Later, tried to get cocktails to watch the sunset & it took a very long time since only one person was bartending/waiting tables. Saw one couple just get up & leave.

LikedIt was a nervous system reset, felt like home and welcoming upon arrival and throughout the stay. The suite was awesome. Food exceeded expectations, service friendly and sincere.

DislikedNothing. I am into steam rooms and saunas, so that could be an addition some day.
