Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

LikedThis hotel offers an exceptional experience. The staff consistently provides outstanding service, and the accommodations are meticulously maintained. Their proactive approach to guest assistance is commendable. The hotel's location and dining facilities are also highly impressive. I anticipate returning to this establishment on my next visit to Los Angeles.

LikedAmazing location super clean tight operations run like a true five star luxury hotel everything you would expect.

DislikedNothing to really complain about it’s an amazing hotel. If I had to be picky, the phone system in the room is a little bit complicated to use and it would be nice if the lights had different dimming features but it really an amazing property.

LikedI loved everything about this hotel, from the staff to the location. Its a beautiful hotel with comfort and luxury. Worth every penny!

LikedThe Waldorf Astoria is pure perfection! The staff deserves special praise – incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional without ever feeling forced. Every request is anticipated and fulfilled effortlessly, making you feel truly welcome and valued from the very first moment. Service and hospitality here are simply world-class.

LikedBeautiful rooms and helpful staff. Rooftop restaurant is great, with fantastic views. Easy walk to rodeo drive shopping.

DislikedIt was all good.

LikedEverything was comfortable. The bed is amazing and the water pressure is excellent. The curtains fully shut to offer a pitch black sleeping situation (important). Cleaners come at appropriate times. The hot tub is nice.

DislikedThe pool and hot tub close way too early. There needs to be some time with no kids at these rates! Also, the iPad didn’t work. And the elevator basically takes you to the lobby if you don’t swipe your card fast enough.
