LikedFantastic property in every respect! Amazing location right on Sunset Boulevard but in a very upscale area rooms were luxurious with incredibly comfortable bedding. My room had a stunning view of the Los Angeles city gate. The rooftop pool deck is intimate and again stunning views. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. I would eagerly stay here again.

DislikedEverything was great perhaps the only thing I might improve would be to make the pool even warmer.

LikedWhat an incredible stay. Fantastic Location and Incredibly friendly staff. From Concierge, Lobby, Bar to Pool, Spa and Restaurant, all the staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool had views to of downtown LA. Would highly recommend staying at this classy hotel if your visiting West Hollywood - Amazing stay and thank you again to all the staff, you made our stay memorable and comfortable.

LikedThis was my second stay at the hotel, and it lived up to my positive memories. The property was in excellent condition, impeccably clean, and the staff were as warm and welcoming as ever, they recognized me from my last stay here and made me feel as though I was back home. The lobby renovations made the bar more visible and inviting. It was lively on most evenings which added to the atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

DislikedThe restaurant was going through a transition during my stay, hence it had a pretty limited menu. I hope the new menu will offer a wider selection and more vegetarian options. It would also be great to see more evening entertainment on-site. The rooftop area was very quiet at night, especially compared to the more active atmosphere at nearby hotels. That was a fire alarm during one night which led to an evacuation. Although this was caused by another guest and was not the hotel’s responsibility, a gesture of goodwill or compensation would have been appreciated given the disruption to our sleep.

LikedPros: Excellent location in Sunset Boulevard. Modern and luxurious. Friendly staff. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The shower is the highlight for me: very spacious, great lighting, amazing water pressure, and quick to adjust to the desired temperature.

DislikedCons: I had written to the property a couple of times with a particular pre-arrival request, but I did not get a response until after my stay.
