LikedThe front desk staff, especially Valentina, went over and above to make our stay pleasant. The Lido restaurant was amazing and the team at the pool welcoming and nice.
DislikedThis was not the hotel's fault, but the amount of seaweed in the ocean mostly prevented us from enjoying the beach.
LikedGostei de tudo, é absolutamente um sonho este lugar. Citando nomes: na chegada: Rodrigo (brasileiro e espetacular nos mostrando o hotel) Carmem no check-in facilitando nossa estadia muito, Cristiano no Champagne bar, Thomas e Rodrigo atendentes na piscina e toda a equipe do restaurante Thomás Keller absolutamente sensacional. É minha terceira vez jantando neste restaurante e quero voltar muitas mais.
