LikedThis charming property is full of artistic personality -- and my balcony room overlooking the Atrium was pure bliss. But what truly sets The Betsy apart is its spectacular staff -- their warmth and attentiveness made it a home away from home. The pool, the pets, the beach, the dining, the books and cozy corners: I cannot recommend the Betsy enough.

LikedThe hotel is the perfect blend of beachy low key elegance. Loved the piano playing in the lobby. Art, the concierge pointed us to numerous great activities and locations. And a big shout out to Juan, the bellman who made us feel at home from the minute we walked in and through our whole stay.

LikedThe staff here was amazing in every aspect…check in, bell hop, restaurant, etc! They were extremely kind and accommodating to us arriving early from our flight.
DislikedThe place isn’t as new as some other properties. There were some loud deliveries we could hear by the trucks super early on a Monday morning that woke up all 5 of my family member up in an alley way that our room was facing.
LikedLocation was perfect on Ocean Drive and next to the beach. They had a fabulous restaurant with excellent food. The service was amazing - everybody so helpful, nice and welcoming. Live music, water and coffee to drink each day, a bar with great drinks. Nice patio outside.
DislikedThe rooms were pretty good for the price. Little age in the room and furnishings, but overall very nice and comfortable and spacious.
LikedThe restaurant was AMAZING! The rooftop pool was fantastic, as well as the pineapple drink at the bar.
