LikedI was with my husband and my 6 year old daughter! The hotel was really kids friendly, she had so much fun. We liked everything there, we had a wonderful week.
DislikedExpect the one front desk guy that apparently was new and didn’t know how to do his job everything else was amazing. And the manager was really nice and came to resolve the problem
LikedStaff is extremely professional and super friendly. Noella and her team stay in the hot weather for the entire day just to make our lives easier! Gostavo is also great (the whole team is!)

LikedBreakfast was great. Staff was wonderful. Our pool guy Yandi was very good. Took care of us throughout the day. Moved our umbrella as the positon of the sun shifted. One excellent employee. Great guy I would hope to see again the next time we visit the Ritz Carlton South Beach!
