“An affordable upscale retreat minutes from downtown Nashville.”
LikedGreat location. In a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes from downtown. Upscale finishes in the room. Very comfortable bed and bedding. A wonderful balcony.
DislikedI don’t like paying for parking at a hotel when I’m a guest. Especially if the hotel doesn’t provide a valet.

“Great apartment style stay in the heart of 12 South”
LikedThe staff was really friendly and we loved the room and outdoor area. Everything was spotless, with great natural light and really comfy beds and furnishings. The rooms were huge (more an apartment than a hotel, with massive walk-in closets and washer/dryer + full kitchen. The location was also incredible - walkable to all the shops and restaurants on 12 South. Would stay here again without question.

LikedProximity, luxury feel, the entertainment on Friday Saturday evening with lite bites. Allowed us a late check out, to rest before our drive home.
DislikedI’m sure the price was increased based off the demand for everything that was going on in the city but 1100 for 2 nights was pretty steep. Parking fees however we were able to acquire street parking the entire stay
