LikedLocation is great, staff is great, clean and love the breakfast space and coffee spot, very convenient
DislikedValet parking is a bit pricey, but they were always fast and reliable.
LikedOne of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful and clean. Perfect location.
DislikedThe price was high.
LikedI loved everything about the property to include friendly staff, clean and beautiful rooms, and fantastic location!
LikedBreakfast, location, room, staff, bar area, everything was wonderful!
LikedThe visit was excellent after working so hard, the quiet comfort was perfect for me. The valet service was a highlight. The team was attentive and excellent in making several requests happen easily.
DislikedA friend surprised me with an upgrade to a corner suite. He was excited to surprise me, but the team gave away the surprise, it didn't bother me at all but a note for training purposes. The charcuterie board was average at best, while the personal hand written card was a nice touch.
LikedWent for Christmas parade perfect location walkable
DislikedClean
LikedGreat location! Rooms were nice & clean! Staff was friendly & helpful! Modern Love had great food! Valet parking was efficient & helpful! Very accommodating place to stay!
LikedI love the Hospitality from the front desk and the complimentary champagne upon check-in. I also like that you needed a room key to get on any floor. I love the high floors and city view and the short walk to all the action on Broadway.
DislikedI didn't like customer service from staffing in the restaurant downstairs area staff didn't not come across friendly at all and we we waited a while just to get water, no one mentioned the other restaurant Ellingtons..there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the room and you have to call the front desk to get water. Security was always on his phone and was unprofessional. I also was charged more than expected upon checkout which was upward of $80.
