“Love this place, definitely would recommend it!”

DislikedThe only thing it’s missing is a pool
LikedBeautiful property and great location. Had a great restaurant downstairs and rooftop bar. Bamford Spa is amazing and one of the best massages I’ve had. Also the bedding is top notch.
DislikedFront desk lady wasn’t the friendliest but others were! Also, definitely put your Do Not Disturb on since housekeeping came at 8:30am, 3pm and 5pm for turndown and if you were laying down for any of those, it would wake you.

LikedRoom was comfy. Bathroom and shower were modern and very clean. Location was perfect- walking to Broadway. Dinner was excellent.
DislikedCoffee downstairs wasn't very good, which was unfortunate since we love starting the day with coffee. Service was good and so were the pastries, but the coffee was no bueno (my wife agrees with me for once!)

LikedEverything was extremely calming. So calming that you forget that your are in one of the loudest cities in the south.
