“This was a wonderful experience, loved the hotel, We will make it a point to stay at the Omni on future trips!”
LikedThe Hotel is in a perfect location! We visited the Country Music Museum connected to the hotel. We also attended a concert at the Ryman which is close. Our last evening there we went to The Listening Room, a great experience, also within walking distance! We had several breakfast meals which were delightful, we enjoyed talking with Keira who was quite helpful.

LikedOur breakfast at the kitchen was exceptional. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to Broadway. We loved our room and and the view. The bed was so comfortable. The room's accessories were very enjoyable.

LikedAte breakfast at the restaurant, was good but pricey
DislikedMy niece and her husband had their credit card number skimmed at the lobby bar (according to them and their credit card company, I have no proof of that)

“Omni Luxury in the Heart of Nashville, steps from Broadway.”
LikedIt's a beautiful hotel, close to the nightlife of Broadway, but far enough away from the noise and crowds. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was clean, and on a higher floor, so we had a great view. Additionally, the location is adjacent to the Country Music Hall of Fame, has a chic lobby bar, and an exceptional fitness room. We would absolutely stay again.
DislikedNot really a critique, but when we stayed, it was Fourth of July Weekend, in the 90s, so the pool got very crowded.
“Perfect Location”
LikedThis hotel is beautiful! The location is superb as well! We traveled to Nashville with a large group to celebrate a birthday, and this hotel was perfect for us and our friends. It's very clean, comfortable and accessible. We spent a lot of time in the lobby area meeting up with our group and enjoying drinks at the bar. It's very accommodating. All the staff we had interactions with were very kind and helpful. I also really liked the daily text asking if we needed anything in our room since we had our do not disturb sign on the door. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay again if given the chance!
DislikedHonestly, there wasn't anything I didn't enjoy. If anything, if the price was a little less that would make it more appealing, but also I understand the level of the hotel and services provided for the price.
