“An anniversary to remember as we also saw Motown Under the Stars!”
Likedat check in the staff person was so kind and friendly. i wish i would have caught his name . Upon learning it was our 52th anniversary, he left and returned with champagne and chocolates! Wonderful experience !

LikedThe bed was very comfortable. The pillows were soft. The room was very clean. The people at the desk were polite and friendly very nicely dressed and hair well done. The porters at the front of the hotel were very nice and friendly.
DislikedThe room was across from the elevators, The front entrance way was dark and unappealing, the back entrance also. The Blue Room was tacky. The people working in the Blue Room uniforms looked uncleaned, not all but some.

LikedThe room was excellent, the location where we were was excellent. the bed was comfortable and the sitting area was very comfortable.
DislikedI didn't to much care for the pillows. The parking for valet is too expensive. if we are paying a lot to stay parking should be free.
LikedHotel cleanliness. Friendly staff. Nice location and walking distance to French Quarter attractions and restaurants. Public parking across the street. Comfortable bed and pillows. And mostly important given NOLA it was quiet for a good nice sleep!
“Wonderful visit at a historic hotel”
LikedSuch elegant history. The staff is incredible, absolutely all of them! Good onsight food options AND 24hour room service. The shower is nice with several different sprays. It is a really good location, near everything but not an obnoxious area.
DislikedNo microwave for heating all the expensive leftovers. Pillows were really wimpy, but I always bring my own.
