LikedBeautifully designed hotel with a calm, sophisticated atmosphere and unbeatable location near Central Park. A fantastic creative base in New York with easy access to the city and excellent service.
DislikedThe only area that could use some improvement is the restaurant experience, particularly the breakfast and brunch menu. The restaurant also feels a bit small for the size of the hotel, and seating can be limited during peak breakfast hours. Otherwise, everything was very good and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

LikedFabulous hotel. Very original, love all the greenery in it. Love the hourglass in the shower. Super convenient location, close to several subway stations.
DislikedI am exceedingly sensitive to noise. So, I did notice people walking on the floor above (we were on the 4th floor, room 403). Also, from Room 403, you could hear the rain hit the structures right outside the window, which woke us up in the middle of the night, but it was raining hard.
