LikedAmazing hotel! Closest metro station is about 3mins walk. Ordered in-room breakfast service the whole time we were there & amenities were tip top. If I had to nitpick I would say our room didn’t really have much of a view but it didn’t really matter bcs we were out and about exploring the city anyway. 10/10 recommend!

LikedThe rooms were large for NYC rooms and everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. We enjoyed the extras like hot chocolate in the lobby, free cookies in the room, and turn down service. The staff was unfailingly warm and helpful. Bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower was great.
DislikedParking was valet only and expensive ($75/day) though we found a garage around the corner that worked well
LikedThe rooms were amazing. I loved the radiant heat in the floors. The staff was very welcoming and always pleasant. The entire building smelled amazing.
DislikedThe location was a bit more downtown than I normally pick, but that is clearly a me problem. I will still be back!
