LikedGreat location, easy access to the subway system to explore all over. Great staff and hospitality. Got stuck there during a snowstorm and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

LikedAttention to detail and response time. We requested a kettle, not supplied in room and received it in double quick time. The quality of the food and presentation was brilliant. loved the cookies and milk.
DislikedDenise in In-Room dining was rude and abrupt but Marisa and the rest of the staff were pleasant and very helpful.
