“Excellent”
LikedThe breakfast was amazing! Room was wonderful and the staff couldn’t have been better. They also have a coffee and tea bar in the morning. This is our second stay here and it is now our first choice New York hotel!
“Lower E Side gem, our new favorite hotel”
LikedAlways felt well taken care of- cool little touches like apples and water upon arrival, ginger snap bedtime cookies. Loved the music mix… I can’t see why we would stay anywhere else when we come to NYC

“A special place I'll return to again and again”
LikedI loved everything about Nine Orchard, from the service to the comfortable bed to the cookies on my nightstand every night. The attention to detail in every aspect, including decor and facilities, was beyond my expectations. I loved the custom speakers in my room and curated playlists. The hand drawn map was a nice touch. The view from my room was incredible. I spent a good amount of time at my desk writing and looking out toward the skyline.
DislikedI really disliked that I couldn't find anything wrong with Nine Orchard. I also was furious that the team kept surprising me with their amazing hospitality.

LikedCharming and cosy. Beautifully designed and decorated. Staff were so friendly and kind. Room very comfortable. Bathroom large and it and bedroom are really well- designed. Great shower
DislikedThe property is a boutique size and in a great walking area but quiet.

LikedWhile I haven't stayed at a lot of hotels in NYC this is my favorite. The location is good for me with subway easily accessible, great interesting neighborhood. Service and food was terrific. The croissants for continental breakfast are really good.

LikedVery intimate, I loved the design. Well proportioned rooms. Fabulous music choices in the rooms. Attention to detail throughout. Best breakfast in the world. Super staff!
“Beautiful hotel”
LikedThe hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed but small. The house keeping is kind and courteous - the staff are good and the food is amazing. Would 100% stay again even if the area is a little touch and go. Still worth it!
