W New York - Union Square reviews
“Love the W - New York - Union Square!”
LikedThe W-New York Times Square is our favorite hotel in the city and always our first choice. Nothing beats the location - close to subways, excellent dining, and the charming farmer's market. The staff is top notch - we frequently feel like we've made new friends each visit because the staff is so engaging. It is a treat to stay at this property.
LikedGreat location! Stayed for moving our daughter into NYU.
DislikedUnfortunately, 2 of the 3 elevators broke down; and patrons were not happy!

LikedRoom was a comfortable size, clean and quiet. Nice lighting, bedding, toiletries.
Dislikedrestaurant/dining area was still under construction so not open. The hotel did provide complimentary croissant and coffee to-go in the lobby in the morning though.

DislikedNot finished with renovations. No restaurant or bar open. Wasn’t told until we booked. Received email the next day
“Excellent service!”
LikedThe staff were very helpful! Room was available for early check-in as requested. The room is a vibe and felt like a suite even though it was a standard room!
