“Turtle Bay is a wonderful resort to make your vacation incredibly memorable!”
LikedOur stay at the Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay was a wonderful start to our Hawaii vacation. We were graciously welcomed and felt pampered and well-cared for from then. We loved the beaty of the resort, but also its location in the North shore area of Oahu.
DislikedThere is not a thing we did not like at Turtle Bay. We will return for another special visit!

LikedStaff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We experienced the Kona storm and it created a very difficult situation for my family and friends. The Ritz was very accommodating and assisted us with our difficult situation.

DislikedCharging $20 to rent snorkels, when they’re $20 to buy at Foodland up the road. A $20 hold would be more appropriate to ensure they’re brought back Food options are very average l, actually some of the lowest we’ve had on the island, and not at all representative of the $$$ to stay here Morning coffee was great Beach is shared with public and facilities can be busy

DislikedThe price... I would love to go back but for what it cost to stay for one night, I could spend 5 nights somewhere else. The pillows could have been better.
