LikedClean everywhere, nicely decorated, comfortable rooms and grounds. A lot to do with kids around the lagoon. Beautiful spa. Lagoon is great but can’t swim in the middle only in specific areas.
DislikedOne massage was very bad not professional, it they didn’t charge us.
LikedEverything about the property was exceptional the location, the staff, the cleanliness of the facility the food was also very delicious.
DislikedThe automatic 20 percent gratuity that is added to almost every purchase you can think. The prices are also very high. For example, $7 for a MINI Coke is crazy. Also, the bottled water in a box carton wasn’t too much of a fan of that as it gives the water a weird taste especially if the water isn’t cold and is warm/room temperature. Other than exceptional place!

LikedI loved that there was so much to do at the property. The dining and amenities were top tier. My partner and I were visiting Orlando for his birthday and the onsite concierge made the weekend extra special. They decorated the room with balloons and a gourmet birthday cake while we were away at the Orlando magic game. It was the perfect surprise! The next day we spent the day in an overwater cabana. It was so relaxing and totally worth it. We even did couples canoeing. I highly recommend and I will be coming back.

LikedBreakfast was excellent. Dinners at Sophia were lovely, especially our waiter, Vito, went above and beyond to please us. The food was excellent and the Post and Beam Chardonnay was superb.
